Authentic Italian Cuisine Welcome,
to the fantastic Tuscany region in Italy. I will try to
familiarize you with the food, the tastes, the recipes
and also the history of my family. Each dish tells you a
different story, about a special moment, a first kitchen
experiences or they just take you for a walk through the
Tuscany mountains.Take part in an experience of traditional Italian recipes. The excellent quality of the raw products used, the careful handling in the kitchen and the understanding of the dishes will guarantee that you will have a great dinner experience. We are trying to get only the freshest available products, at premium quality. Wherever possible, we use products from small local producers and farmers. We are proud to serve you organic products, whenever available. Do not hesitate to ask the waiters from where the meat, the fish or the vegetables are coming. In order to ensure the food’s freshness and quality, we only cook à la minute, hence it might take a little patience until your order is served. Please dedicate us your time, so you may feel the foremost taste and difference on your plate. Our signature dishes like crostini misti, the gnocchi with the delicious pesto-sauce, bistecca fiorentina, and others are memories of my fabulous learning time, spent in Florence and my godsons who are living there. I would like to say thank you to my family, for all the food-experiences I received. Especially to my parents, Marco and Bernadette, my nonna Elly, my aunt Hildi and all my Italian friends who helped me to discover new products and dishes. A special thanks goes to Bettina and Fred in Los Angeles where I have a “second” family and home. So let’s us experience together “una notte italiana” here in Puerto Vallarta, my new home!
